This took me by surprise.

FWA 2013 was not a good year for at-con commissions. I tried to buy three pieces of art in the artist's alley with cash. A couple were promised by the end of con and one was to be mailed. None arrived.
...that is, until I got an email with this stunning piece.

 Dergish may have taken their time to get it to me, but they did a fantastic job. I can't thank them enough. They also included two badges in apology. That's long term customer service if I had ever seen it.

Got to meet them again at AC2016 this year too and thank them in person and thank them for remembering when even I had forgotten!
