I can't stay focused on a single character for more than like a few minutes before I think of a new one. ; - ;

Uniforms are always fun. I think I made this little guy look older than I had meant to, the original idea was that he was around 8 or 9, but I made his face too proportionate. -__-;

SO. If you have any ideas one what the hell this little thing should be named or if you don't like something (whiskers have been bugging me some >.>) lemme know.
