Tried to make an Orc head, but making a humanoid head is very challenging... >_>

That's actually the main reason why it's hard. It's the uncanny valley effect, whereby since we are so attuned to recognizing human faces, something will always seem a little bit off in a human face and it just gets unnerving if it's close to being realistic without quite being there yet. Since Orcs don't exist and we're not staring at bull heads all the time (unless you're a farmer), we are less disturbed by the uncanny valley effect when it comes to such. Psychology is interesting haha :P
It looks very good actually. The only thing is that the lips should conform to outline of the teeth, not appear like the teeth is growing out of them, I think if you drew the rough outline for the mouth and teeth first, and then drew the lips with this in mind, it'd give a more natural look to the mouth. Also orcs would be a lot more wrinkly, so if you took a fine brush and sort of gave him forehead wrinkles and such (use an old human face for a reference) it'd make him look a bit more organic as well :3
Yeah your right, but I personally like the non-traditional sexy orcs like in WoW movie for example. The Orc appearance I really dislike were the ones in LoTR. The tusks, eyes, and ears were added quickly post purely for a visualization of how the shape of the head looks with those extra features. If I try an Orc head again I might try sculpting from a base head form instead of trying to make this sort of head from scratch.
