I love left handed drawing, whenever I am really stuck and I have no idea what to do or how to do it I draw upside down with the left hand, as much with the other brain as possible. You'd be shocked at how it can loosen you up, like stretches.

UPSIDE DOWN!!!! gasp! new thoughts! yeah, i really like having to think about what my hand is doing... and it just makes 'regular' drawing a bit easier when you go back. just so much fun! yeah! it's loosey goosey!

Like you turn on the head lights or something! There have been quite a bit of books about it I think. If you keep a hand mirror with you, or the back of an ipod to check your drawings in reverse (or upside down) you'll notice proportional abnormalities or gravities that the idling eyes will just miss right out. Like, they already flip the image from upside-down when the light passes through the lens, so maybe it being that way when you check it opens up your intuition? Cool trick, anyhow!
