This is the piece that was meant for Canada Day, but alas, other things came up...
Re-watched Avatar: The Last Airbender and thought of this...'concept.'
Also played with a couple different colour schemes for the background and 'magic' and finally settled on this fiery glow.
Done in about 5 hours in Autodesk Sketchbook(on my phone)
