This made me laugh. There is a rock near the fountain in the center of the square, with a pipe sticking out of it. The sign next to it says "Delicious Nikko Water. Please Help Yourself." Its not that I question the purity of their mountain spring water, more just the contrast to what I would expect to see in other places. If there were a rock with a pipe sticking out of it in the middle of say, New Jersey or Los Angeles people would quite rightly assume that a sewer line had pushed itself through the cement. Drinking out of it would be the absolute last thing on anyone's mind XD
