A Colab character with  Blazespirit

Meet Blazespirit, the first of hir kind. A chakat, that is not entirely..well, a chakat. A result of an attempt to create a new subspecies of Chakat, like the Chakmils, that is more suited to the rigors of space and new planets. The experiment was partially successful, creating a chakat that was stronger and with more abilities than usual, but also was more agressive, yet not to the point of the Chakmils.

Blazespirit, and her sister, are the results of combining Chakat genetics with DNA taken from pre-war, way pre-war, genetic samples that had been kept by the Pan-Asian Alliance before the Gene War. It turns out the whole 'Kaiju' craze of the early 20th century, in movies and comics, had a hint of truth to it. Such as Godzilla, they where actually REAL. Not exactly 300 feet tall or anything like that, but where actually extraterestrial life forms that had ended up on Earth, long before Earth ever got to the stars.
Blazespirit was a combination of Chakat, and Kaiju 'Godzilla' DNA that had been recovered from a cold vault. Shi has all the characteristics of a Chakat, but with bioluminescence, enhanced strength and durability even above a Chakat, and the ability to breathe out a biological-fueled 'fire' from a small set of sub-lungs near her upper lungs.
However, messing with the Chakat genetics isn't all that easy, as was found out with the aborted attempt with the Chakmil. The infamous rage that chakats can go into when their loved ones are threatened is much easier to trigger, not to mention shi requires a lot more calories than even a chakat to keep active.

Overall though, Blazespirit is a compassionate chakat with a strong female size, until shi is enraged and becomes more dominate.
