He had misstook his gun for the tv remote and shot his tv, so now he climbed up high to look for someone with a nice big ass tv and threatens them if they switch the channel he's watching. The only reason he isn't inside, is because someone dropped super glue onto the roof where his hand is at.

That or he's window shopping

Thanks! Lighting was the very last thing I did on this one, and I think it helped a bunch with the wrapping-things-up part!

Okay, so what's the story behind this one?

This chara's not above some breaking and entering sometimes to get towards things that interest him. Sometimes for work, sometimes just to get up somewhere he wants to see. He's a strange one like that. Hahaha

So right now he's in the middle of some objective exploration. Hahaha

Oh my GOODness WOWZERS Jester I saw this last night and I was just amazed! Occasionally a bit of art will just stop me in my tracks, y'know? This was one of those pieces! OwO

It feels so very... elaborate. The sky is FANTASTIC and the way you drew that cloud by the moon is just... so appropriate. This whole background in particular is something I'm very fond of. That sky and its palette are just gorgeous and right - and the buildings themselves -are- kinda simplistic but they WORK and especially with the different window colors! <3 <3 <3

And Jester... holy shit I don't know how you nailed that pose, AND got all those little details down on Vandal's outfit here, but hot diggedy-dayum you totally did. The way he hangs out on that ledge looks so right and fluid - not too stiff at all. :) (plz don't fall bby XD )

There was actually a point where I was going to do this picture in black and white, except for Vandal, but couldn't bring myself to do it. Partially because wanted some colored windows in the background, and largely because I really wanted to make that sky. Hahaha
The sky was easily the quickest part of this whole thing, but it was super calming and fun to make!

Buildings are a bit simple, yeah... for a few reasons, though! 1- My style in general is a bit simple. Hahaha 2- It's background stuff and I didn't want to pull too much attention from the character in the middle 3- ...lots of buildings in real life can be pretty basic, too. Hahaha

But yay! Glad you enjoyed it! It came a long way from the tiny little drawpile doodle sketch that spawned it!
(now I'm even more tempted to upload a larger size to show off a bit more detail on the chara, too.... Hmmmmmmmm)
