A commission for 
Drakoflame2 who wanted a picture of his inverted shiny Gardivoir. I was given some creative control of what she was to do in the pick so I tried drawing her using shadowball even though I couldn't remember if that was a move that gardivoir could learn XD. It was supposed to be a simple flat color image but I ended using way more effects to create the shadowball then I had to add more to the rest of the image.
