Personally I think the nacelle pylons should be quite a bit thicker, they do have to haul a lot of mass after all. Maybe even double up on the nacelles themselves, 2 each side to give more visual stability.
Not too crazy about the random box between the nacelles, I mean, what IS that?
Given the mass she's hauling, I think stronger RCS packages would be a good idea too.
