ANYWAY, here we have Vester, a character built uring a rp with Fancy Bagel on skype. Vester's a ghost with strong magical powers. That's mostly because, when she was alive, she used her charms to seduce a powerful necromancer before killing him and stealing his powers for herself. She discovered a way to become one with her powers so nobody could do the same to her, by taking her own life during a specific ritual to fuse her soul with the magical aura. Now as a ghost, she's free to do whatever she wants whever she wants, mostly playing horrible pranks on people, feeding on their despair and fear.

The hat actually talks, and represents her magic's conscience. It tries to keep her in control, despite Vester's constant ignoring's of its advices.
