This is a most peculiar piece in terms of how it came about. It is based on sketches that I did ages and ages ago for a riding tiger (I thought of it first so no comments about WoW please). This is nor the tack I had originally intended but in my hunting for scrap sheet copper for another project, I came across the saddle and face mask, which I had done last semester, for what I don't remember, but they fit so I figured why waste such pretty things. I had to make the neck piece and armor blanket as well as adding stirrups to the saddle before I used it. I decided to do a tiger after the lovely little panther I made last week, this also was done primarily during my IRS training class.
The figure is wire core with a fabric skin, striped using a black Sharpie (I love Sharpies, you can do so much with them). The armor is leather and sheet copper, the blue leather is actually a cream-gray leather colored blue using a Sharpie.
