Dudley 1920s Ancestor and Grandfather.

At 10 years old, Pat ran away from home because of his parents fighting. He lived on the streets looking for any place to stay and anything to eat. After a year of being on the streets, he came across a wound cat with a yellow trench coat being chased by gangsters. Pat hid him in an abandoned building and told the gangsters he went the other way. Staying in the building the entire night, the cat started talking with Pat and introduced himself as Detective Dick Katswell. When morning came Dick invited Pat to join him for breakfast at a local diner. After eating, Pat asked why gangsters were chasing Dick but he wouldn't tell him. Pat didn't really need to know a lot because he picked Dick's pockets and found that Dick was trying to take down a crime boss with the alias of The Big Cheese. Dick was angry at pickpocketing and left Pat at the diner. Pat chased after him and told Dick that he knows some guys who work for the Big Cheese. Dick told Pat to go home but Pat says he ran away and was living on the streets. Dick felt a bit sorry for Pat and told him that he could come and stay at his office. When they got there, Pat got cleaned up and was given some new clothes to replaced the dirty ones he wore before. When Dick goes out at night, Pat would always follow him even when told not to and has helped Dick out by getting information from criminal sources that would of ran away from Dick. Seeing his usefulness, Dick has made Pat his sidekick but Pat prefers being called a partner and now they're going after The Big Cheese and his crime empire.
