Okay, he was in a mental hospital for about 13 years because he almost killed a whole town, he's just lucky they didn't execute him. Anyway, he absolutly loves to cut stuff. From paper to cloth to other pokemon's flesh to his own flesh. Yeah, he's kinda emo, but not too much.
