Props to anyone who remembers her. Undoubtedly very very few people ;)
She's the origin of Pya. The very original one. With the initial name, Paradox Yamanouchi, which i came to realize was way too long and boring to spell out, and got shortened to the first letter of the first name, and last two letters of the last name, resulting in Pya. That's how the name came to be, and i had no idea back then that it would become my online identity later on. All i knew was that it sounded cool lol.
She was my MS Paint character. I only drew in MS paint back then (noticeable also in the very oldest deviations uploaded here). Then one day, i kinda drifted away from her, i felt like i needed a splash of color in my life, and she was too dull, so pink and purple Pya was born, and I never touched this original design ever since.
I still love it though. It has its charm and it definitely brings back memories from early 2012.
So there we go. A brief history of how Pya came to be.
And finally, here's one of the original artworks featuring her, as to underline the progress that my art style went through from 2012 and 'till now

Fun facts:
- I wanted to use the name Yamanouchi because of Kim Possible. I was a huge fan back then, and it sounded cool.
- Yamanouchi didn't work as a first name though, it was too complicated for me to keep spelling it, so i needed another first name.
- Paradox came up thanks to my childhood casual gaming, which included Miniclip games. Chronotron intrigued me for a while, and i enjoyed the idea of creating time paradoxes.
