A B&W WIP of "Boomerang" Bruce Roolan, a super-mercenary with the power to manifest energy boomerangs (not pictured here, coming in a future picture). Here, the outdoorsman roo is somewhere in the wilderness, standing in a river.

BRUCE: "That's what you think, mate..."

He throws two energy boomerangs which swirl around King Kookaburra. When they fly back to Bruce, it's revealed that all of King's feathers have been shaved off!

(Okay, so this might only work in the Cartoon Universe...)

Hehe, actually my idea for the scar on his eye is that, before his powers manifested, he failed to catch a regular boomerang and it hit him in the eye.
