I awoke this morning to find my back spasm from about 2 weeks ago had relapsed and nearly floored me while at a restaurant. Didn't want to get out of bed this morning, but decided on holding my hard-to-catch Guinea pig Bucky. Sat him on the bed thinking he would go for an exploring run, but he stayed right at my side. Take a nap...good advice!
