Never really noticed how meaty these tires were till this pic was taken. GoodYear Eagle GT's all around.

Yeah, its all about what you want/like really. Though I have to admit, the mass majority of ricers out there is frighteningly staggering in numbers....-_- Got of few of them on here too....>=O Gives the rest of us who actually tune and dial in suspension/engine work a bad rep.
A group of my friends and I go "rice hunting" occasionally around here....X3 Its entertaining enough, its not like I'd do much since my engine is stock with 212,432 miles on it. However, did a compression test not too long ago and the lowest compression piston was #3 with a compression of 179? 180? ;3 So I think I'm good. Need to do valve seals soon though. Might just hold off until I get the advanced rebuild kit for the engine and bore it .20 over. Errr....I'm rambling again. >_>;
Sadly no. ;_; They're not the Volk TE37's. I would love to own a set. Would definitely be baller status. But sadly I don't have the budget to shell out $3000 for wheels alone. These are Rota P45R's. Look alike Bee*R B5's actually. Or the NISMO LMGT4's. Which ever you'd prefer. =3 Besides, I got these wheels brand new discounted. So you can't really beat that.
Always do. In the grand scheme of things the next thing on my "to-do" list would be to do bigger brakes. Thinking of '90-'91 300ZX 30mm brake calipers with 350Z touring slotted rotors. Upgrade to steel braided lines all around, upgrade to stronger and stiffer bushings all around. I'll be purchasing a tranny mount soon and a short throw since mine has an articulation of like 10"....>_< But yeah....before I go rambling on and on and on about the things I could do. Main thing I'm focusing on right now is footwork, chassis, then engine. Don't really care if I'm slow. I'm mostly in it for the tuning and learning aspect of it all. And ths S14 platform was something I've always loved ever since I was a pup. So why not! =3
These are the first asymmetrical set of tires I've owned, and I love them! LOL! I kind of prefer a stiffer side-walled tire, but these are comfortable, despite the stiff suspension, they're quiet, and the tread wear is actually not that bad. Only thing I had a problem was the price.
System I want has like 14in rotors >.>
Grand Turismo system from Brembo (or Wilwood, can't remember lol), seems to be the only that swaps with my car without risky major mods lol I wouldn't mind them though, with the right wheels, it's looks kinda neat to see the works underneath the car through the wheels :D I do, however, mind that price of 5-9k O_O

LOL! Wow, those are big. Just be careful not to get brakes that are TOO too big. It will have an adverse effect. More rotational mass will slow you down, not to mention if your brakes are too big, sometimes you've ride your brakes before you stop to get them to heat up and bite hard enough, else it could feel spongy and non-responsive.
These things better be good for being nearly 5k$ o.o
sad part is... I'm willing to risk giving them a try D: I'd prolly be better off just staying with Porsche products lol cheaper, I know that to be true >.> though the brakes from a 993 are like OBESE!!! no really lol they're über thick o.o it's like *brake checks..... face meets the windscreen* owie... x_@
