I saw this rig sitting in front of the Hook & Ladder Pizzeria near Branson Missouri. Evidently they use it as a bill board and to deliver pizza for parties.
I'm always glad when an old fire truck gets a new lease on life, that helps it avoid the scrap heap. However sometimes they end up being used as a cheap advertising stunt.
Seeing what was once the pride of a small town FD's fleet, reduced to a life as a billboard is like seeing your childhood hero reduced to hocking incontinence products on late night television.
This rig is an old Chevrolet C-60 with a 427 gas power plant, and the fire body was made by Tower Fire Apparatus.

Better than our town, oh the highway needs it for watering trees, a week later after being left out behind the highway garage, all the windows are smashed and the truck is completely fubar so it sits outside only to let the still full pump freeze and split and then its auctioned off for $200 for scrap. Every truck that's been given for tree watering has been destroyed inside of a month. They would be better off with a skid tank for a pickup.
