Sp they're relationship isn't a real relationship as of yet. Obviously he's a vampire and she's an elf, and he is grateful to her for feeding him, and providing him sustenance. She doesn't like his species (vampire) but adores his personality and the way he treats her.
The context of this was supposed to be that she had a nightmare, because of the stress of her being who she is, and wanted to sleep with someone and just so happened in her fear induced stupor crawled into his bed. Which looking at the image now, I believe still stands.
To me she kind of looks embarrassed that her mind went to him and is thinking to herself
"How in the Hell am I going to explain this one to Dorian"
Dorian being her brother.
