Horses are one of my favorite creatures to make...or more precisely their gear is. This particular horse has a western saddle with a pair of saddle bags. Its all leather stitched with brass wire. I use a small jeweler's scratch awl to pre-punch the holes for to thread the wire through.

The horse is wire core with fabric skin, the tack is all leather with brass stitching.
