Are you sure never seen one ? Here near to every village ( even villages with max 7 houses ) have one , but i found out on my daily way to work that are the memorials are not that easy to find in bigger villages .
In towns or cities they are often in Cemeteries . Maybe its different in other parts of my country , in which part have you been btw ?
