this character and story was some how inspired by Sonic(SatAM).....don't ask me how....^W^ well i will move on to the description now

Dash, is a Brawler of Border city, who has an unusual fighting style which mainly relys on swinging the huge weights he has in his shoes and on his arms, often called "Ax-Style" cause of his dancing like motions, each of his weights are about 20kg each. in the story he gets "infected/affected" by an energy being called an "Exion", who is named AX, who gives him special ablities while fighting like "zero space" where gravity is removed around dash enabling him to move faster

Note: his hair is naturally all black, but thanks to the "Exion", three parts (forehead and sides) goes a bright yellow, and extremely stiff(like steel)
