I would say that she looks pissed because she just found out that her Trainer is wishing for her to lose that perfect body to end up evolving into that waste of a number as a pokemon that is Dragonite... but that is just my saying on why she looks pissed.

finally someone else that agrees with me when i say that dragonite is not worthy of being dragonair's evolution. Thank god.

Note: i've seen a plenty of cute dragonites out there, but i still think dragonair shouldn't evolve into dragonite
