Yet another character of mine. This is Fenrir, he's a general in this make believe agency that I WAS going to make into a comic, but since my mind poors out more crap then I can handle and I have the attention span of a ground-squirrel on crack, it didn't work out.
ANYWAYS, he was human and had the ability to manipulate ice like,...well...Iceman. He got bitten by a werewolf and turned, and is really deadly and stuff. (:
