The reason Frost is bigger than Blaze is only one can hold the Growth phase reactor at once. Well I guess they could both hold it together but I think they find it far more fun taking it from each other.
Currently in the pic Blaze is trying to get her hands on it. Although one might note she must have had it previously because she is far larger than normal.

Oh I figured that out here and they certainly are larger than normal I admit, makes me wonder how long that back and forth teasing will go, till the reactor runs out of fuel (not likely) or they end up outgrowing the planet or then some? Dont have many mares in space as it were, except that time mine did that.
