Flare was born in a bunny village, where the villagers believed in an ancient legend, which dictated that any baby rabbit that developed horns on his head was considered the reincarnation of the devil. The options taken when a family had a baby like this were only two; sacrificing the new born or abandon them to their fate in the woods.

Flare's parents didn't found that she had horns until she grew up into a 10 years old girl. They were both scared but they decided to throw her into the woods, without anything.

After days of crying, she found a weird snow zone in a part of the biome. She decided to walk a bit more until she found the end of that forest that she called endless more than once.
The girl found out a beautiful white paradise, wich ended on a cliff into the sea. On the borders it was a huge and intimidating castle raising from the snow, built from heavy stone blocks from the ground to the tip.
The tough appearance of the structure just made Flare being more excited than ever. She ran at the giant gate and tried to look at the inside, but someone noticed the little girl and inmediatly got close to her. That someone was nothing more and nothing less than the leader of a group of murderers called Insomnia, but that didn't mean that he was heartless at all. He decided to pick up the baby bunny and keep her as his own child.

Flare finally grew up to become the new leader of this group, with an innate ability to lead and a very-secure-of-herself personality.
