Our team would like to thank everyone for their support as we finalize all the materials that will go into our before, during, and after presentation activities at BronyCon 2016. We also would like to thank everyone who has helped donate toward our procurement of distributable materials. If you would still be interested in aiding us, please send all donations to palumbo.ms[at]gmail.com at https://www.paypal.com. Every little bit helps us to put more out there in our efforts for advocacy.

Today, we received a batch of 40 GB Flash Drives that will contain every piece of core content not only from this year’s “Coping with Limitations – Owning Your Cutie Mark”, but also those from our 2014 and 2015 efforts.
Those who have donated are eligible to be sent a Flash Drive free of charge. The only item required is a proper mailing address. If you haven’t sent it, please send your mailing address to palumbo.ms[at]gmail.com and it will be retained only as long as it takes us to finish the finalized drives of data and send them off your way.
We are also extremely happy to officially have the first nine stories of Ari Kunofsky’s “Fallen Angel” series available for reading on the Flash Drives! Ari’s portion of the presentation focuses on how we can use our own “Original Characters” / “OCs” to role play emotions and feelings we may normally find difficult doing so otherwise. The stories, all of which are available over on www.fimfiction.net,, will be in .RTF (Rich Text Format) to ensure maximum compatibility with existing word processors and screen reading technology.
Anna Saleem is currently putting together her portion of the “Role Play and Cosplay” discussion. As with Matthew, Ari, and Amanda, copies of their speeches and reference materials will all be available on the Flash Drives we are distributing. We plan on looking for an online source for the 1 GB total of content for access to those who cannot get a Flash Drive. Should anyone have any ideas, please let us know.
Amanda Robinson, who will be serving as the “Book Ends” for the “Role Play and cosplay” discussion has also provided additional research gathered through her professional sources on the therapeutic qualities video games have on those with special needs. No doubt Amanda will have additional content that goes in, and beyond, what we could possibly hope to cover in a 50 minute presentation. We are eager to share more as we grow closer to the convention.
Lastly, for today’s update, team member, Rachel Merryfield will be providing her most up-to-date accessible software for access from the Flash Drive. Those familiar with Rachel will remember her inspirational discussions during our 2014 and 2015 presentations. She is unable to make it for 2016, but her work towards a more accepting, understanding, empowering, and inclusive world still continues and we are happy to make sure brilliant ideas, like her groundbreaking “Braillemon” game, are but the start of making technology accessible for all. If you are interested in learning more about Braillemon, please visit her official page at http://braillemon.tumblr.com/.
The convention is less than a month away and we already have so much to offer in terms of advocacy with so much more on the way. We would definitely like to send a shout out to everyone in the Brony community, those who manage BronyCon at the Baltimore Convention Center, and for everyone who believed in us enough to allow the ponies to be a common ground for building strong, positive relationships that go far beyond our limitations.

Woo! Great job on all the progress and gettin' everything there! I hope puttin' everything one 'em'll work out so folks who attend'll have neat stuff to check out. :3 And the cosplay parts of it should be interesting to hear about, as well as the new characters you'll discuss!
Thanks, Nishi. *Snugs* If all continues to go as it has gone so far, I'll be having a number of major updates and announcements to compliment all the efforts that will go into this grand finale of my efforts at BronyCon. (If anyone wants to take over for me, and has the passion to do so properly, I'm all game)
I need Tina Bear's help for the one announcement. The other one only requires a box to come in the mail along with a final show of interest from a very likely addition to our overall team. If this all goes, Coping with Limitations - Owning Your Cutie Mark" will pretty much have a presence nearly everywhere in the convention! :)
