The people in the world can be scary, yeah. Leaders push their people to do what they want, delude them, and point at others as threats. All to stay in power, and screw us over more and more.

And then there are those who want to be leaders... -_-

Not necessarily a bad thing, if they are seriously looking to weed out the bad influences that take advantage of its people. Every nation and community wants a dependable leader that can make the decisions and efforts to make things better for the overall population. As long as they don't condemn people that think outside of the norm, or call for atrocious acts against other people, native or foregin, for various reasons (skin colour, religion, sexual orientation, nationality, etc.), or in some other way, covert or overt, seek to undermine the stability, freedom, and rights of its citizens. Because then they'll only keep the old desctructive cycle going.

Yes, because those kinds of people are all the rage right now... I'm just saying, my faith in humanity has grown very thin these last years. :/

Been all the rage for centuries, man. And that's what exactly they want, to make people lose faith in themselves and the people around them, to create more tension and friction. More conflict. It's a mad system.

A circle of evil... which I'm unfortunately trapped within. I dunno what to do to regain my hopes and dreams... I really want to, but... :(

Yeah, that's a bit tough... I can't give you any advice on that, though. Small acts of kindness count, and sometimes they go a long way. It might seem bleak right now, but things will clear up.
