In my Ethics class, we had to read the story of Hansel and Gretel, and decide- in groups- what the moral of the story was... Well, my group came to the conclusion that there was absolutely no moral to the story whatsoever. I've cropped in the last paragraph of this particular rendition of the story, and a drawing I made to express my deep frustration with the impossible task of finding any kind of moral lesson in this horrible fairy tale.
