Boogle Contest Entry: "the show must go on"
So I this is one of two of the entries that I made for pravusbelua pravusbelua's contest which you can find more details here ==> http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1849489/
This was inspired by two if the images that pravusbelua posted to her scraps (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1818921/ and http://www.furaffinity.net/view/1997926/ ...the two photographs reminded me of the song "the show must go on" So... since the first image I had posted was more of a happy theme, I decided I wanted to do something more emotional...
Empty spaces - what are we living for
Abandoned places - I guess we know the score
On and on, does anybody know what we are looking for...
Another hero, another mindless crime
Behind the curtain, in the pantomime
Hold the line, does anybody want to take it anymore
The show must go on
The show must go on, yeah
Inside my heart is breaking
My make-up may be flaking
But my smile still stays on
This was done with water color, colored pencil, pencil, and ink.... on sketch paper. (would normally have done something like this on Bristol, but it was a sketch that I just sorta started got lost in and wasn't thinking of paper >.>.... I am still really happy with how it came out)

I LOVE that song, and the image is so lovely... the face paint reminds me of TDK Joker, of whom I have a quiet adoration of since so many other people adore and obsess over him XD I love watercolor and you did great with it! The textures are so nice, and her lips actually look real. *_* You do such wonderful work with my character, I am very appreciative of these entries, they're beautiful! ^^
This picture was also fun to do, and a bit relaxing. I haven't done a lot with traditional mediums in a while, so it was refreshing to create something with them. I may have to do another picture or two of your character in the future. I had a lot of fun with both images. If I do, I will be sure to send you a note before I do to make sure it's okay ^^
