Hello. I don't usually comment on this sight but,

I don't want to out and out accuse you of anything but I will say that I was ripped off for my character once before. This character is copyrighted friend. So if you based this on my work, please drop some credit in the form of a link to my DA page and a statement of where you got the idea for a character like this.

I mean, sure, a martial artist black lion is not a genious concept, but I'm seeing nuances here that look like some of my character's specific set up. The build, the way you did the mane, the foot and leg set up. amond other things.

So listen, I don't want this to become a huge issue, but i'm gonna book mark it and run it by a few friends, one of whome is a copyright expert, to get their opinion.
I understand that similarities happen and if that's all this is, then cool, no problem, and i'm deeply sorry for the pseudo accusation, but I have to protect my work as i've had that character for the last 11 years or so, so there's alot of time and effort there.

So basically, I guess I'm giving you the chance to speak first. Is this based on my work? If it is, I'm not gonna make you take it down. I just want you to credit me as the reference and inspiration.

If you say that my work had nothing to do with this then ok, that's fair, but I will be investigating and gathering second oppinions. that's not meant to be a threat, but I feel at that point it is nessicary to get more skilled oppinions than my own.

Hey, um, so my friends that are more in the know about the workings of copyright looked at this and basically beat me down for being an idiot LOL so hey, no hard feelings. I can see that this is just a coincidence.

It's only a "Drama bomb" if folks like you come in and make it one. I was polite and corgial and respectful and when I resolved the sitch myself I set things right.
What I find amazing here is, you can see all these things and yet you still feel the need to comment like this? No son, I'm not the one dropping drama. Now I know you are a furry and with that comes certain stereo types but maybe you could think before you speak and try to contribute to a problem or creat a whole new one? Yea. That might help you out some time in the future. -.-
