I hear a lot of things. As a soul I once knew said " People are pleasant when things are pleasant. " It's how I went through friendships, how I fell in love with the different sides of individuals and wound up a little more broken for it when they left or worse. So when someone is nice to me I'm usually..cautious. The smaller things are scrutinized and when I see the same result coming I just..sort of shutdown. Some people humor me, even tolerate me at times. I wish they understood me. Maybe they do but it's hard to tell so I run in circles for days in a matter of minutes.
