Erm...she posted this wanting to know who wanted to color one of her newest characters named Bubbles...so I did x3 I suck at color combination and such and I think I was going for something more...earthly-oceany lol <.<
Anyways..flat color of it x3 and I know the lines aren't all black, but....I did this on Photoshop and I dun really know how to get it not like that other than using the eraser on all the lines @__@ too tedious!
