Great job as always, Cyndon. Although, I have to admit that the way the story was seperated into scenes confused me a little bit. At times, I wasn't sure who was talking.

Welcome. ^^ And aye, it did seem a bit short, but then again, I read really fast. lol.

It is shorter. i looked at it and the other chapters have like 3/4 a page on this one at least. lol but i guess not all chapters have to be the same length. and there have been shorter story chapters before as well. :P

*laughs* True, a chapter is exactly as long as you wish it to be.. nothing more, nothing less. ^^

If a chapter must fit a certain template, then it loses its creativity. I wish to see and learn, more less... in the grand scheme of things, a short and creative chapter can be interesting and provides a good plot twist.

Andrew's transformation reminds me of the first time I wore a tail to public places. Everyone would stare at me, but I just smiled back and waved. Eventually, everyone realized that because of many different way someone looks doesn't mean that that particular person is bad or wrong. I actually get nominated for many awards in school, I get beaten up and picked on, but what I find more powerful it my ability to advocate for the others who are not in the "in" group, even if it does land me in to some trouble. My actions are my crusade, my way to show everyone who I am. I rebel against stereotypes and take my vigilante attitude seriously. Had it not been for fandom, I may have simply been a bystander, not a fighter, and that difference is all that counts.

Andrew is clearly different, odd things happened to him, but he deals with it calmly and with this odd sense of "cool" that seems to be unintentional, he makes it to the point where even though he went "feral" he kept his mind, soul, and logic.

you have many good points. The first time he transformed he was caught off-guard with his emotions towards Animalians in general clouding his calmness, which lead to him becoming truly feral. Had Mary not been there he would have rampaged through the school at the time of the bell ringing.

And by the way; I wish i could get a tail... But i have to stick with things that look at least somewhat natural to be worn (I have two laniards hanging from my belt loops and a really long wallet chain because they at least somewhat remind me of tails in a small way) and even then i get weird looks and my mother thinks it looks ugly. XD

But i digress, This second transformation that happens to Andrew is complete takeover. His mind and soul stay intact however. This is because of something that will be covered in later chapters, hopefully i remember to include all of the intricacies of it :P
