-you may use the character however you want in a non profit way, but if you use the character in something that makes you money (an anime, manga, movie, anything like that), you must pay commercial fees, this obviously doesn't apply to you reselling the character, but if you do resell it has to be for the price you bought it at unless there is extra art attached
-if you do resell I would love to know who owns the character, but that's not required, just a request c:
