the ever awesome dragonsushi colored my ref for me! She's cool, go watch her.

But yeah her name is Heb (said like ebb), short for hebinari, and she's meant to look like a basilisk. she doesn't have the power to turn people to stone and isn't even venomous.

Only other things i've decided is she's a food critic, she's extremely promiscuous, and she has horrid fashion sense.
