I've often imagined free-fall residential communities which are multiplies of the "office deck" stacked however many high on one main spine, with the attendant botanical ring, hangar pod and supply tanks arranged variously. I also imagine somewhat larger free-fall residential constructs comprised of multiple Enterprise/America, Ambassador and even Galaxy Saucer Hulls, usually stacked in pairs or quads.
I am glad to see Our Host turning his creative attentions to those non-starflight-capable support elements the Starfleet might use.
