I've wanted to draw something personal like this for a long time! I have a very strong affinity for the ocean and connection with it, and it's definitely my happy place. If I could breathe water, I'd probably live in it tbh. XD Orcas are also my all time favorite animals ever. As a kid, I always wished I could live among them in the sea, so I wanted to draw something like that!
(Also, that's my mate Axle, as a shark in the background. XD We decided he's gonna have an alternate shark form, since I've got a thing for shark anthros! ^^)

If you'd never mentioned Shark-Axle back there, I might never have caught a glimpse of him. XD
This is a gorgeously-made and wonderful work of art, Blitz! I find it both intriguing and pretty much perfect that you're so enthralled by oceanic atmospheres. The ocean is indeed a very beautiful and epic place. Orcas are very majestic and inspiring creatures. I'm so very happy that you allowed yourself to think outside the box and let yourself flow freely and unrestrained in creating this picture.

Don't forget to feed the Axle - grumpy shark-sheps can be scary to deal with. :S
