You're welcome. Have you seen my picture on my userpage? Damn I'm fat. I've been trying to lose wait by walking for 10 mins. for a week then after the week is over I add on another 10 mins. until I hit 60 mins. Then as I was walking at the track at in my town that's part of a football stadium. I thought, why not start running, so I decided to run for 5 mins. for a week and tack on another 5 mins. until I can run for an hour. Now I've been having trouble doing this cause I forget to go out to the track and I lose the work I've done for the week. I'm confident that I can lose those pounds if I keep at it.

my mom is a diet freak. So I know a lot about diets.
Try just drinking water. Or at least cut down on pop and replace it w/ something else. Like milk or juice. Diet pop is no better but worse than regular pop. there is a chemical in Diet Coke that is also found in Round Up weed killer. ><
Pop is just plain chemicals... I like root beer tho. :D Energy Drinks like Monster r horrible beyond belief but they r a popular drink in my school now a days. But water is best.
Don't starve yourself like stupid preppy teenage who think they r fat when they aren't do. Not eating puts ur body in starve mode and it just holds on to ur weight instead of loseing it. Breakfast is an important meal cuz ur metabalisum still thinks ur sleeping until u eat something after u get up. Cut don't on snacks, like junk food, is always a good idea, espacially at night. Grapefruit does wonders idk y.

Lol. No not at all. I think knowledge is power. I heard that if you eat before you exercise your metabalisum goes up. I saw a commerical from my favorite basketball team (The Spurs) one of the guys from the team said, after you excerise for 20 mins. you start using your fat. Those are nice things to know when you excercise. Hopefully after I hit the 25 min. mark on my running I should start seeing improvment in my weight. I'll probably be skinny by the time I hit the hour mark on my running. Btw thank you for encouraging me. You are the only person on this website, along with...Jake...whatever his real name is, that I can call friends. You two are really cool. I wish I could meet ya'll in real life (lol, just noticed I said ya'll, Texas accent coming out) first thing I would do would run at you two and hug ya'll. (For some reason I want to give people hugs I really like) I'm glad you're so willing to chat with me. I tried to do that and IDK I guess your bf doesn't go about it the same way you do. Btw what's happened to Jake? He hasn't submit anything for a couple of days now. Anyway that's all I have to say for now.

Hmm. I'll remember his name...I hope. Anyway, aw, thanks for that comment about me telling you I inspire you to draw. I had no idea. I had been think I was playing a good part in Alex's and your life in FA, I just didn't realize it until now. And yeah I just got back from running. Even though I'm fat probably less than 250 lbs. and 5'11" but after my 5 mins. of constant running I didn't even feel out of breath. I guess I'm getting into better shape now. But yeah, thanks IDK I don't feel like you actually inspire me to run, but you make me feel better about doing it. Well I guess that's all I have to say.
