Well if you follow me on Twitter you maybe noticed me making some studies for a new Fursuithead- I finished the Model in the Saturday Livestream and its out for printing. I think it`ll take about 2 weeks or so until I get the print- I'll keep you up to date then! :D

Mmmhhh thats a difficult question. The strength of the material depends highly on the printing technique. This one will be a print which they list a "strong and flexible plastic", but actually its nylon.
So I'd say it is not as hard as a resin head, I guess you could step on a resin head and probably it would carry your weight- depending on the thickness of course. If you stepped on this head you'd damage it.
But: It is ways more elastic then the resin so if you drop it, it will just bounce a bit and remain undamaged. I'd even say dropping it from the second floor or the like should not damage it... It really is a bit difficult to compare.
