While he's gotten too old to hide under her wings like he did when he was tot, she somewhat wishes he wasn't. Flurry Heart sometimes misses being his protector, considering that his toddlerhood and early childhood was fraught with sickness.

Other than that, Flurry Heart is the Heiress of the Crystal Empire and all that entails. Which sometimes means that she has to endure embarrassingly long sessions of getting her portrait painted with Sugar Swirl and her parents. She hates the need for all the ceremony and pomp, mostly because of the golden hoof-covers that are somewhat uncomfortable after sitting still for four hours when she'd rather be out getting the latest Captain Equestria comic.
