I was using prisma color markers for the longest time, because that's what EVERYONE used. I sold them, and found out what I could do with just regular old colored pencils. I think the markers enabled me to do things quickly, instead of taking my time and really think about what was going on in the picture.
I also learned a lot during my tattoo apprenticeship. I'm glad I put furry on the back burner for awhile. :)
