Whew~...! ^^ Well~, I feel quite proud of myself for a lovely human drawn. ^^ I guess this about proves it--I can kind of draw humans~! Yaaaaaays~! ;3 And what do we have here? Why, 'tis the lovely lady Miss Ember, that's who~...!

My girlfriend requested her character Ember to be drawn, so I did~. ^^ In one particular roleplay we are doing, Ember is a vampire who has lived for nearly three hundred years. She was born and raised in Japan, until traders came on their Dutch ships to trade with the then-isolated country. One particular man took interest in Ember, and he asked her to come with him to Europe. Well~, when she did, he bit her, then left her for dead, not teaching her any of the ways of survival of becoming a vampire. She didn't have any way of taking care of herself, and eventually had to discover this herself. She then managed to migrate back to Japan, where in secrecy she would feed upon livestock in order to keep herself sustained. That is when she met her first love--a man from Europe who took a special interest in her. She loved him, and together the two formed a very special bond... until one day, when he happened to find her feeding on livestock, and drew the line she was a vampire. He then couldn't accept her for who she was, and abandoned her. In her agony and her despair, she locked herself away in a stone building in a graveyard, where she fed upon rats after discovering she could shape-shift into a black cat. She then remained that way for well over a hundred and fifty years, until another vampire detected her presence, and took her to live with him.
Long story short, she eventually began to talk to him, (the vamp's name was Gabriel) and came to stay at his place. She was afraid to change back into a human, as she was afraid of not being accepted again like she was when she was a human. When she discovered that Gabriel worked for a particular organization set on breaking all negative bonds between humans, vampires, and demons alike, she eventually changed back into her human-like state. She still shape-shifts back occasionally, and will sleep on people's pillows at night some nights as a cat.
She soon fell for another individual--a werewolf "loup garoux" by the name of Matthew. Together, the two formed a very special bond, and perhaps soon I will draw them together and finish the story we started. ;3
