Well I wanted to do a new Neko character and I finally got around to doing one. Boys and girls. Meet Noyu. Noyu here is a fairly nice kid and pretty bright. Loves plants and is quite good with them. He's also got an affinity with most animals too. Noyou here has a bit of a sorted life's history. Nekos are a fairly new breed of human created through genetic engineering. Although they aren't super hero superior to naturals they're still not met kindly by a lot of them. They heal faster, have better senses, are more agile, and just a bit smarter then naturals. Ironically they're also signifigantly less violent as well. However this doesn't stop violence towards them. When he was 4 he had the misfortune of being in a restraunt with his dad that had a good number of nekos in it when a natural ran in and shouted. "Natural now and always!" Before detonating a high grade explosive strapped to himself. Noyu and his father both survived. His dad needed to have his arm replaced by an artificial one but he lived. Noyu suffered some shrapnel woulds that cut up some of his nerves. He has some toileting difficulties due to that and as you may guess is wearing a diaper of some sort under those PJs. To this day though loud noises make him jump and there's still occasional nightmares about that day.
