Here we again have Everyone's Favorite German Toothcat™, donning his Parade Dress uniform, giving the viewer a proper salute for his forces. Qa'a, Qaja's namesake, was the last Egyptian Pharaoh of the First Dynasty. The name itself means "His Arm is Raised". Behind him rests his national flag with family coat of arms, a design I first started using almost ten years ago. I'll upload the flag itself shortly.
No, his hair hasn't been cut off. It's tied back, as per uniform protocol for his forces.
