these might just be crows I always have a hard time telling, ravens have a more stout 'roman' beak I think...but same family of birbs, and yeah they are so big and sleek. and so disdainful of all that which WALKS upon the earth

Identification: I think you're right; these are probably American crows. Some of the Raven subspecies do have smaller bills, but all of them are bigger than these guys. Still, those rather wedge-shaped tails did have me wondering...
