Badger fursuit head progress.
Taken during the build on my second fursuit head.
The lower jaw is in place here- though not yet glued in.
I had a bunch of black and white 6mm fun foam, and thats what most of the build is made from.
I used 3mm for cover some areas after blocking them in to smooth out angles.
The black in this image is 3mm.
The back of the head in white is all 6mm.
I was just looking to get a shape, and something to glue the fur down to.
All of the tiny angular stuff disappeared under the fur.
This build was designed as I went along, with no plan or sketching out anything first.
I had only a few days to get this made, so I had to work without stopping to think things through.
Much of it was in place when I thought I had a better idea- but I had to go with what was already laid out and could not go back and change anything.
It was a learning experience, and future work is likely to be much better.
Its also way easier to do cartoony than realistic!
