First off, I touched up my previous submission, and gave it a background, which I am VERY pleased on how it turned out ^,=,^
Originally, I was gonna joke around and say, "It's the new me, now I demand you draw me fan art!"
Also, I didn't accidentally label it is female this time =P
What I didn't know was
Dragonnis already did, to my surprise.
http://www.furaffinity.net/view/2016180/ Is what she did.
On a side note, I was listening to this (on repeat) while drawing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5RZud70unIQ
Anyway, some backstory to this tranquil scene!
*****************
No matter where on Earth you look, you will not find this place. But then again, it isn't technically on Earth, nor is it on another planet. This location is in a place known to the Asteran dragons as 'Vmufan Nayms', which roughly translates to 'The Realm of Vmufan'.
Vmufan, the Asteran goddess of nature and intelligence, created this realm as a safe haven for the Asteran dragons, when they were on the brink of extinction about 2500 years ago.
Here, the Asteran dragons prospered. Evidence of abandoned Asteran technology dots the landscape. While no longer in use, for various reasons, it is highly likely that the creators of the devices are still alive, thanks to their near millennia long life span. These technologies were either replaced by more advanced machines, or moved to the Capital city of Vmufan Nayms.
Along with said technological remnants, structures also dot the land of Vmufan Nayms. All are either made of stone or a unique crystal found only within Vmufan Nayms. Some structures, however, were constructed by carving them into the faces of cliffs. The various structures have had a variety of uses over the centuries, ranging from temples to the many Asteran deities, barracks for Asteran soldiers, quarters for the Asteran citizens, to places of political convention.

Okay, story time is over =P
Other notes I would have to say is.... I have really outdone myself with this piece. I had a lot of fun doing it, and I hope you all enjoy it for what it is ^,=,^
Oh, also, when I started out, I had no idea that the picture would be so... green...
