Cheaper than laser and prettier to boot

remind me of some experience. last time i went in my tattoo parlor to talk my next model, there was a guy on a table getting a tattoo. i asked if i could come and see what he was getting he answered all grumpy he didn't care. so i get closer take a look and see a mexican "dias de los muertos" lady.

i say it look nice, the guy grumbles to the point i wonder if he lost a bet. the tattoo takes a break to talk the model changes with me and the guy grumbles if he can get up to take a look in the mirror.
while the tattoo guy gets back to pick up my model he tells the grumbler "i assure you it doesn't look like your ex-wife anymore at all." so i get why he is grumpy.

he looks in the mirror at the tattoo and grumbles yeah nice.... problem I HAVE A BIG MOUTH. and i can't help myself i say "Not the reaction i expected i admit."
the tattoo artist looks at me, knowing me and a bit worried. the other one gives THE look. so i explain more. i tell him "i was expecting 'well now it really looks like how SHE REALLY IS"

the grumbler looks at the tattoo, at me, tattoo, me for a minute. then A SMILE BREAKS THROUGH. he starts laughing and slapping my back with a big smile saying "oh yeah you are so true with that, good one."

the tattoo artist was SO HAPPY, he gave me a big discount on the one i was discussing with him. hehe

i guess that's why i am not doing names just art having a meaning for me.

two marks of a good tattooist (IMO) 1) Making good, very permanent art. 2) making regrettable and/or poorly done permanent art actually look good.

You know what they say, "love isn't permanent, only death and tattoos".
(or something like that).

This is why the only names you should get on your body is for your parents, grandparents or those who have passed away. You never know what will happen!
